RCCH member, blogger and author of the Rotarian Economist (www.rotarianeconomist.com), Quentin Wodon discusses ways to improve Rotary's service impact in his latest blog. In a recent blog, Quentin focuses on providing access to clean water and sanitation in Uganda through the Uganda Rotary Water Plus program (URWP). This program coordinates work in water and sanitation of Uganda’s 78 Rotary clubs and promotes effective service delivery in rural and less privileged communities. URWP couples its work with funding from The Rotary Foundation and other resources to ensure that other community needs such as education and disease prevention are addressed. Launched in 2011 by the Ugandan Minister of Water and Environment, URWP aims to raise $7 million to support over 30 projects across the country.  For more details see the following link:
