Rotary District 7620, Conflict Transformation Associates (CTA) and Erickson Living Charlestown are teaming up to eradicate polio.
Join us September 22 for a full day of transformational training.  CTA is donating a full day of training to Rotary District 7620. This transformational training retails at $3,500/day but is offered for only $125.  Learn how to transform the conflict in your life while supporting the noble cause: End Polio Now.
The cost of the workshop is $125, and because the venue, lunch, and the trainers, have all donated their services, every penny of your registration fee will go to eradicate polio. If you register before September 1st, you will get double Paul Harris recognition points towards your next Paul Harris Fellow recognition level. We have a capacity of 220 seats, so if we sell out the event we will raise $27,500. But the news gets better. Because every dollar we raise is matched two for one by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, our total raise for polio eradication for the day will be $82,500.
About the Training
Success in business and life depends on our ability to effectively communicate. One major barrier to effective communication is our inclination to avoid conflict which often means to avoid having a difficult conversation.  In this interactive workshop, participants will learn the philosophy and practice the tools of conflict transformation. Participants will discover how to handle the inevitable conflict that arises daily in the work place and learn techniques to turn a potentially heated conversation into a powerful and productive one.
